By accessing or using the WaveVector platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. WaveVector reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our policies.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

You agree not to misuse the WaveVector platform or help anyone else do so. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to uploading malicious content, attempting to access unauthorized data, and violating intellectual property rights.

All vector assets, waveforms, and platform technology remain the exclusive property of WaveVector and its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use content according to purchased plans.

WaveVector shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
